For over a decade, the Massachusetts Bail Fund has been paying bail to secure pre-trial release for criminalized communities as well as advocating for pre-trial justice. The majority of people we support are being criminalized for being poor, unhoused and using substances and are unable to pay their bail because they simply cannot afford it. We rely on YOUR support to continue being a crucial resource for people to be able to fight their case in community instead of a cage.
